Coors Western Art Exhibit and Sale 2012: Sculpture

An exhibition including Bart Walter’s western wildlife sculptures from the great outdoors of North America, this exciting annual event is the second appearance for him in this venue. Featuring several works from Bart’s treks through Manitoba and Yellowstone National Park, such as “Waiting For Ice” and “Yellowstone Moose”, this is a great occasion to see the artist’s contribution to an understanding of our Western heritage and wildlife. Western Visions 2011

National Museum of Wildlife Art, Jackson Hole, WY
Bart Walter has been named one of two featured artists at this year’s annual Western Visions exhibition at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. Here he will debut his latest work, a striding Polar Bear sculpted on site in Manitoba, as well as presenting a selection of his recent works. While many events are offered in association with this show from late August to late September, the central events include a luncheon on September 14th, the 24th annual Wild West Artist’s Party on the 15th, and the Show and Sale event on September 16th.
